HYA is conducting focus groups to provide the Board of Education with insight from community members regarding the strengths of the District, challenges that need to be addressed, and desired leadership attributes for the next Superintendent of RUSD. 

Together, the survey, focus group information, and district data provide valuable information for the development of the Leadership Profile for recruitment and Board selection. In an effort to begin the Superintendent Search Focus Group process as soon as possible and engage as many community members as we can, we are offering in-person meeting opportunities.
